The Chatham boys cross-country team made school history by winning its first back-to-back Morris County Championship, placing all five of its scorers in the top 21.

SeniorRyan Beegle led the Cougars by crossing third in a personal record time of 15:46 over the 5K course.

Beegle was followed byAlex Krack, 7th in 16:23; Finn Valli, 12th in 16:43; Charlie Henne, 18h in 16:48, and Leo Valenzuela, 21st in 16:51.

Chatham’s team average time of 16:31 was its fastest ever on the Greystone Course.
